If hedonism is among your hobbies, you might want to set aside not one but roughly four hours to revel in the Manufaktur. Star chef Bobby Bräuer and Sandeep Sreedharan are bringing their pop-up "Studio Kontrast" to the Grüne Schleif from late April, serving a menu that unites French haute cuisine with South Indian flavors. Across five small and six regular courses — think salmon with kudampuli, or asparagus with paneer, cashews and char caviar — the senses are sent on a journey of discovery. Every plate tells the story of a remarkable culinary friendship that connects people, continents and cultures.

AN AHA MOMENT
Hide, seek, find, delight — these are the disciplines that make Easter such a carefree celebration. Today the rabbit is the star of the day in most regions, though other animals once put themselves forward for the role: hen, cuckoo, fox and stork were all outrun by Master Hare for the position of CEO — Chief Egg Officer. At the Porzellan Manufaktur, long-eared creatures are therefore particularly well represented: small and hand-painted with colorful floral tattoos in turquoise blue, violet, purple, sunshine yellow, ochre, orange and green. Crafted from white bisque porcelain with a gentle gaze. Or as a true-to-life likeness of a hare caught mid-leap. We haven't hidden any of them — you're simply invited to find your favorite, take it home, and enjoy it.
